Beriberi is a disease related to the nervous system of the body caused to the deficiency of vitamin B1. the term beriberi is a Sinhalese phrase. The symptoms of this disease are weight loss, emotional disturbance, bed sensory perception, weakness, body ache, irregular heart rate, swelling of body tissues. Beriberi adversely affects the functioning of the heart leading to heart failure and even death. It also causes paralysis due to damaged nerves. Vitamin B1 can easily be obtained from the daily diet by consuming cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, grain bread, fresh meat, legume, green leafy vegetables, fruits and milk.

Currently racing for the McLaren Mercedes team, Lewis Hamilton is the youngest driver to ever become the Formula One World Champion. He joined the McLaren team after winning the European Formula Three, British Formula Renault and GP2 championships. Also labelled to be the first black driver of Formula 1, he in his very first season set various records while finishing second in Formula 1 Championship in 2007. His first World Championship title came the following season after scoring ahead of Felipe Massa. According to sources Lewis has also stated that he would like to stay with McLaren team with the rest of his Formula 1 career.

The 15 Cook Islands situated across the South Pacific is an unspoiled Polynesian tropical gem with the area almost the size of Indian Continent. Rarotonga, the capital of this island is one of the main cities where most of the tourists stop since it is enclosed with white sandy beaches, clear turquoise waters and by several coral reefs. This small island has been dominated by the high mountain peaks from where the rain forests flow down the palm fringed coastline. Avarua is the main commercial center and a friendly place for tourist to shop and bank. There are few other interesting islands in this area which are now increasingly becoming famous.

Best known for his portrait of Neo in action film The Matrix, Keanu Charles Reeves was born on 2nd September, 1964. He began his acting career at a very early age of nine and for the first time appeared in Damn Yankees. His screen acting debut was through the comedy series Hangin In, on CBC Television. At the early parts of 1980s he appeared in several commercial advertisements like Coca Cola including short films. On the other he got his first studio movie appearance in Youngblood a Rob Lowe film. After the release of the sci-fi movie The Matrix, he gained international acclamation and recognition.
